1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CemeteryPortal.ca, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the platform on behalf of a municipality or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms.

2. Use of GIS and Mapping Services

Our GIS mapping tools provide high-precision cemetery layouts. While we strive for CAD-grade accuracy, mapping data is for informational and administrative purposes. Organizations are responsible for verifying physical burial locations before performing site work.

3. Organization Responsibilities

Organizations (Municipalities, Religious Groups, Private Owners) are responsible for the accuracy of interment records uploaded to the portal. Organization accounts must maintain secure credentials and are liable for all activity occurring under their tenant instance.

4. Prohibited Conduct

Users may not attempt to circumvent multi-tenant isolation, scrape public directory data for commercial sale, or use the platform to host non-heritage related content.

5. Service Availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime within the Prairie-West Cluster infrastructure. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated to organization administrators via Eco-Send notifications.
